Philadelphia police said a robbery resulted in a deadly double shooting in the city’s Ogontz section.
According to police, the shooting happened at about 10:45 p.m. Monday on the 6300 block of Ogontz Avenue.
Police said a 43-year-old man was shot in the hand and face. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he died a short time later.
A second victim, a 53-year-old man, was found inside a home with gunshot wounds to the chest, police said.
He was also taken to Einstein Medical Center and was listed in critical condition. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
