Shameless Season 12: Shameless is a long-running TV show that has been on for 10 years and 11 seasons. It tells the story of Frank Gallagher, who is a proud single dad to six smart, hardworking, and independent kids whose lives have been harder because their alcoholic father has made things worse for them.
Frank sleeps on the floor when he’s not at the bar spending what little money they have. With the help of the oldest daughter, Fiona, the kids have found ways to grow up despite all the odds. They may not be like any other family you know, but they are proud to be themselves.
This comedy-drama TV show was created by John Wells and went on to become Showtime’s longest-running original scripted show. In January 2020, the 11th season was announced, and it began airing in December 2020.
On April 11, 2021, the last episode of the season and the whole show aired. Showtime said that this season of the popular show would be it’s last. The audience liked the show, and fans hoped against all odds that it would be picked up for a second season. Here is what we know about future episodes of Shameless.

Shameless Season 12: Renewed or Cancelled?
When the eleventh season of Shameless was announced, it was said that it would be the last. Even the show’s official description said: “It’s the last song, and the Gallaghers are going out with the biggest bang ever.
Changes are coming that will force each of them to step up or move on, but they know one thing for sure: Gallaghers may grow up, but they’ll never grow apart.”
Instead of season 12, however, Showtime announced Shameless Hall of Shame, a six-part limited series. It’s a look back at what happened in the 10 seasons before, and it will air in season 11.
It has both new and original scenes from Shameless, as well as a look back at each character’s journey. In a way, it was the best way to bring the whole series to a close.
“The characters of Shameless have given Showtime viewers more laughs, tears, and pure enjoyment than any other show in our history,” Gary Levine, the network’s President of Entertainment, said as he announced the final season of the show.
“But we thought that 11 seasons was a really big number. We just thought it was time, and we liked the idea of giving John and the others a chance to end it well, to try to land.”
Shameless Season 12 Release Date
When Showtime announced that Shameless Season 11 would be renewed, they also said that there would not be a next season, which would be Shameless Season 12. Not yet, at least. So when the 11th season finally came out, it was the last one.
The official announcement also said some things about whether or not there would be the 12th season. For example, it said, “This is going to be the last call, and the Gallaghers are going out with their version of the biggest bang ever.
Changes are coming that will force each of them to either settle down or hit the road. But they are sure of one thing: Gallaghers may get older, but they will never get apart.
For now, there is no official news about when Season 12 of Shameless will come out. If the show is renewed, the people who make it will talk about the latest news about the release of the Shameless Season 12 trailer and the season itself.

Shameless Season 12 Plot
There is, of course, no summary of what will happen in Shameless’s 12th season. Also, as was already said, the creators of the show have said that the 11th season will be the last one. It looks like we won’t be getting a new season any time soon.
The audience did not like the eleventh season of Shameless. Many people were upset that only Frank’s character grew to its full potential, while the other characters stayed the same as they were in the show.
During their time together, the Gallaghers didn’t get to look into a lot of different topics. If there is a 12th season, the writers will have to deal with these issues first. We won’t be able to talk about the story of Shameless until we know for sure that the show will be back for another season.

Since the 11th season of Shameless was the last one to air, there is no official trailer or other videos for Season 12. Also, don’t hold your breath for one because you almost certainly won’t get one! Don’t forget to check out the trailers that fans made for the 12th season of Shameless. Since John and the rest of the team first caught our attention, eleven seasons have passed. Maybe it’s time for us to move on and give them some time to get better. But miracles do happen, and if we manage to get the 12th season, this site will be updated right away.
