With hope, love, and perseverance, Barş will return the health center to its previous splendor. The episode will focus on the issues plaguing one of the respective institutions. A reputable medical center exists, but it places a higher value on making a profit at the expense of doing what is right for its patients.
Therefore, we treat every patient who presents identification as a customer and a prospective revenue stream. On the transplant list, it is placed even if it isn’t required. However, an idealistic and motivated physician is not in agreement with this instruction. He is now the hospital’s chief medical officer. The doctor must be spared from any of this depravity despite many challenges.

Aras struggles to accept this reality and has one request for his friends; Derin, who is already feeling guilty, is unaware of this request. In contrast, Derin has made it her life’s mission to rid herself of this sense of guilt; during her sleepless days, she relies solely on medication to keep her going.
