“The Crown,” one of Netflix’s most popular shows, will be back soon after a two-year break. The show was made by Peter Morgan and has won many awards, including two Golden Globes for Best Television Series – Drama and twenty-one Primetime Emmy Awards, seven of which went to the cast.
At the Emmys, the fourth season won Outstanding Drama Series, and at the Golden Globes, Emma Corrin, Josh O’Connor, and Gillian Anderson won. But since the cast changes every two seasons, fans will get to see other actors take over.
In the next part of the series, the royal family will be shown in the 1990s. This was a hard time for the monarchy, especially in 1992, which is known as the “year from hell.” Here’s what we know about The Crown’s fifth season.
