The link is in the name (if you cannot find your name click “Sign In” and sign in).
Go to your account preferences by clicking the corresponding link.
Select “Subscriptions” and then “Manage.”
Select “Edit” next to the subscription.
Select “Cancel Subscription” to end your membership.

Your subscription has been terminated if there is no “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel option.”

Here are the steps you need to take to cancel a subscription on a Windows PC, as outlined by Apple Support.

Invoke the music player iTunes on your computer.
To see your iTunes account details, go to “Account” on iTunes’s main menu, then “View My Account.”
