Kelly Clarkson Enlists ‘The Voice’ Star Corey Ward For ‘Once’ Duet

Kelly Clarkson and an old buddy collaborated to give an Oscar-winning favorite a new twist. As the song first started, Ward, who was carrying a guitar, sang the song’s lead vocals before Clarkson joined. They presented a captivating and uplifting interpretation of the ballad, Ward’s excellent vocals serving as the centerpiece. Although Clarkson was very much present during the performance, she gave Ward enough room to shine. Her vocals provided more than enough support as they both flew.
