Malcolm Brogdon is a National Basketball Association (NBA) basketball player who plays for the Indiana Pacers. Brogdon is noted for his versatility, superb ball-handling skills, and leadership on and off the court.
After graduating from high school, Brogdon attended the University of Virginia after he played for the Virginia Cavaliers men’s basketball team.
Brogdon was a four-year starter at Virginia who helped the team reach three NCAA Tournaments. He was selected Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year and ACC Defensive Player of the Year his senior year. Brogdon was also voted a consensus first-team All-American and a Naismith College Player of the Year finalist.
The Milwaukee Bucks selected him in the second round of the 2016 NBA Draft. In his debut season, he soon established himself as an essential club member, averaging 10.2 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.8 rebounds per game. Brogdon was voted NBA Rookie of the Year, becoming him the only player in NBA history to achieve so as a second-round choice.

Victoria Janowski is a former collegiate volleyball player who served as the Black Student Alliance athletic council’s Vice-Chair. She previously worked as a litigation paralegal and is now employed by BSE Global in Global Partnerships.
