‘Rhoa’ Star Drew Sidora Files For Divorce, Accuses Spouse Ralph Pittman Of Serial Cheating

Drew Sidora accuses ex-husband Ralph Pittman of being a “serial cheater and ad*lterer” in her divorce suit.

According to court documents obtained by ET, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce on March 1 in Gwinnett County, Georgia, saying that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and that Pittman “has committed ad*ltery” and “committed cruel treatment towards her.”

Sidora also requests temporary and permanent bodily custody of their two small children in the paperwork. She also wants dual legal control but sole decision-making authority over all critical choices affecting the children awarded to her.

Sidora also wants Pittman to pay child support “in an amount prescribed by the statutory guidelines set forth by law and based upon the parties’ respective income from all sources.”

Sidora’s requests include awarding the marital dwelling and evenly distributing the remaining property. She also wants the parties’ marital debt to be equitably shared and paid, except that Pittman should be held accountable for any expenses incurred while “pursuing and persisting in his multiple ad*lterous affairs.”

She said they’ve been “in a bona fide state of separation since February 2023 due to [his] repeated unconditioned ad*ltery.”

In the paperwork, Sidora also stated that she “simply cannot take [his] continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse any longer.” She also called him a “serial cheater and ad*lterer.”

Concerning the cruel treatment accusation, Sidora claims in the filings that circumstances worsened last month when Pittman “withdrew a large sum of money from [her] account.”

Sidora claims Pittman “became physically aggressive with [her] to the point where [Sidora] considered filing an application for a Temporary Protective Order and flying with her three minor children to Chicago, Illinois so that [she] and the minor children could feel safe.”

Sidora said Pittman pulled her cell phone out of her hand in February, leading her to fall to the floor. She then claimed Pittman “aggressively peeled the phone out of [her] hand.”

When [she] begged [Pittman] to return her cell phone, he screamed at [Sidora], claiming that he had paid the cell phone bill, so the phone was his. [Sidora] dialed 911, but no cops arrived. [Sidora] needed a new cell phone on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.”

Sidora and Pittman married in August 2014. ET has contacted Sidora and Pittman for comment.

“Love is a beautiful thing,” Pittman, 37, told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. “Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters, independent of each other. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. We have three amazing young children, and their mindset and growth is what is most important. As we navigate this difficult time, I ask that you please respect our privacy.”

TMZ got Sidora’s divorce petition, which states that the actress filed for divorce an hour before Pittman.

“Drew and Ralph have called it quits after many years of trying to make it work,” a source close to Sidora said. They tried couples therapy for a while, but it didn’t work. Drew and Ralph adore each other, yet they realize it is time to call it quits.”

“Drew was furious when Ralph refused to adopt Drew’s son, Josiah, and then went on to say he was writing a parenting book.” “Drew is excited about the future,” the source adds.

“During the summer, I had packed up the kids and we went to Chicago for a while because of this assistant, and it was just not cool,” Sidora revealed.

“He did appear in Chicago weeks later to reclaim his family.” So I believe that’s what marriage is all about someone waking up and deciding to devote themselves to their spouse.

We went to counseling right away, and we’re still going. That’s who we are; we’re married and not pretending everything is perfect when it isn’t. We’re demonstrating how that up and down, as well as the journey, appears.”

Pittman dismissed the assistant, but Kandi Burruss discovered social media messages from the lady indicating she was still in touch with him.

“The divorce filing was not filmed for RHOA.” The concert has concluded, and while they could conduct pickup shots, they are unlikely to occur. It will, however, be discussed at the upcoming RHOA reunion.”
