Ezra Miller Pleads Guilty In Vermont Trespassing Case: On Friday, Ezra Miller entered a guilty plea to unlawful trespassing in a burglary case in Vermont. The “Fantastic Beasts” and “The Flash” actor entered a courtroom in Bennington, Vermont, where he took a plea bargain to avoid going to jail.
A $500 fine and one year of probation are required of them. Miller accepted 41 stipulations as part of the plea agreement, including a promise to continue receiving mental health treatment and to refrain from drinking.

In May of last year, Miller, 30, was charged with breaking into a neighbor’s home and stealing six bottles of alcohol from their pantry. Trespassing, burglary, and petit larceny were the actor’s first accusations; the last two have since been dropped. Miller could have received a maximum sentence of 25 years in jail if the allegations had not been withdrawn.
Miller’s lawyer said in a statement given to Variety that his client “pled guilty this morning in Vermont Superior Court to a misdemeanour unlawful trespass and accepted the terms set by the court. Ezra wants to express his gratitude to the court and the community for their support and understanding throughout this procedure. He also wants to express his gratitude for the love and support of his family and friends, who are still an important part of his continued mental health.

Miller has encountered numerous controversy and legal problems over the past year, including the Vermont incident. In Hawaii, the actor was detained twice—once for disruptive behaviour and harassment and once for second-degree assault. Miller has additionally been charged with choking a lady in a bar in Iceland.

Miller apologised for their actions in August of last year and announced that they would be receiving mental health therapy. The actor added in a statement, “Having just gone through a moment of intense distress, I now understand that I am suffering from complicated mental health difficulties and have started continuing treatment. “I want to apologise to everyone that my previous actions may have shocked or disturbed. I’m determined to putting in the effort required to return to a stage of my life that is safe, secure, and productive.
