Shannon Beador of the Real Housewives of Orange County took to Instagram over the weekend to announce an unusual reunion between her and her ex-husband, David Beador.
The duo met at The Quiet Woman, a local Orange County watering establishment that has become a character in its own right, thanks partly to Shannon and an infamous altercation with former RHOC star Kelly Dodd back in season 12.
Despite the terrible divorce viewers witnessed on the long-running reality TV show, Shannon and David were all smiles in the photo. After 17 years of marriage, the couple with three kids, Sophie, Stella, and Adeline, filed for divorce in December 2017.
“You never know who you are going to run into at the @thequietwomancdm đł @david_beador_,” Shannon captioned the selfie.

The post was met with plenty of comments from Shannon’s RHOC castmates, including returning OG Tamra Judge, who wrote, “I guess I left too soon,” and veteran Vicki Gunvalson who commented, “Awe your girls will be happy.”
“What a night,” commented Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Taylor Armstrong, who will be appearing on RHOC as a friend after moving to Orange County and subsequently moving franchises last year.
The former couple appears to be in a better place than when ET spoke to Shannon about her relationship with David in 2020.

“He has no interest in co-parenting with me, which is sad,” Shannon said. “No, he doesn’t. I suppose he has his own description of my type of person.
Even though I disagree with it, it is what it is. I wish him well; he’s engaged and expecting a child, which is wonderful news.”
David married Lesley Cook in 2020, and the couple filed for divorce two years later in 2022. The couple has a 2-year-old daughter named Anna.
“I’m surprised that it took this long,” Shannon commented of David and Lesley having a child. “I expected her to become pregnant right away, so it came as no surprise to me.” It’s just alright with me. There was no rage, jealousy, or pain. It’s practically nothing. Everything is fine.”
